Johnna began her career gaining valuable experience working for MetLife, and therefore launched Pinnacle Group Insurance in 1991. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her into a new vision launching J'Grey Consulting in 2017.

 

For over 30 years, Johnna has worked diligently to turn J'Grey into one of the most respected consulting firms in Nashville, Tennessee. Being a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, with a degree in Journalism and Marketing and an emphasis in Business Administration, has been extremely beneficial in elevating her expertise in business relationships. Johnna began work on her Master's Degree from Louisiana State University and received an honorary Masters of Understanding in 2002 from Wharton University.

 

Johnna has served on numerous boards throughout Middle Tennessee, including Nashville Symphony,  Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, Nashville Ballet, and The Next Door Recovery. She is also passionate about her commitment to Tennessee Baptist Children's Homes.
